The Green Team Smoothie

I have no idea what I was gonna try tonight. But certainly, I want a green smoothie. Here are the ingredients that happen to be available in the fridge.

Here’s a few leaves of organic lettuce and organic cucumber while soaked in water with rock salt. Salt cleans the vegetable without any kind of chemical.

Organic spinach of course! One of my most favorite green leaves for smoothies. Its soaked too in water with rock salt. Organic apple cider vinegar can also be used with water. I read in health article that it cleans the parasites in the leaves specially those in tropical countries.

Pumpkin seeds. Just by looking at this picture makes my mouth water. Its one of my favorite snacks and additive to smoothies and green salad. It’s best to soak the seeds or nuts overnight before adding it to the mixture.

I thought this is supposed to be a green team smoothie. There is an intruder! the brown dates! Well, it can make everyone taste so sweet and nutritious. I guess it serves as the referee.

Another great alternative for sugar is a plant called Stevia.

I use about a cup of water and round and round the green team goes with the referee.

Here they are, still green. I do love having them as breakfast while the stomach is still empty. It might not suit everybody, but works well for me. I put them always in glass jars, not in any plastic bottle or container to avoid bpa leakage in my ultra-nutritious green drink.

Go Green Team! Go to my stomach. Go Detox my body.
