Tangy spinach smoothie


10-12 Leaves of spinach

1 pc kiwi

5-10 pcs dates or Stevia leaves

1 slice of pineapple

1 pc lemon

1 cup of water or coconut water

Nuts (soaked overnight)


If the ingredients available are non-organic, you may want to first soak them in organic apple cider vinegar or lemon juice or a tablespoon of rock salt with water for 10-15 minutes to remove pesticide residue.

Peel kiwi and pine apple.

Slice ingredients and toss them to the blender.

Squeeze the lemon.

Blend together

Pour in glass jars. It is not recommended to use plastic containers.

Store in fridge to let it chill or drink right there and then.


It is highly recommended to use only organic ingredients to avoid pesticides and other chemicals especially in a raw food diet.
