Creamy Cucumber Smoothie


2-3 pcs cucumber

8-10 pcs organic dates or Stevia leaves

2-3 pcs banana

1/2 cup of soya or almond milk (optional, if you want a creamier texture) / water


If the ingredients available are non-organic, you may want to first soak them in organic apple cider vinegar or lemon juice or a tablespoon of rock salt with water for 10-15 minutes to remove pesticide residue.

Rinse with water thoroughly.

Slice the ingredients and toss them in the blender.

Add soya milk or almond milk or water or coconut water.

Blend together.

Pour in glass jars. It is not recommended to use plastic containers.

Store in fridge to let it chill or drink right there and then.



It is highly recommended to use only organic ingredients to avoid pesticides and other chemicals especially in a raw food diet.
